Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit note or refund within 15 days of delivery. The product must be shipped from the customer within 15 working days after the reception of the order and has to arrive to us with all packaging elements including tags and without being washed, altered or used. In case of return, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We return the cost of the product. Shipping costs (if aplicable) are not refundable.

Exchanges Policy

The product must be shipped from the customer within 15 working days after the reception of the order and has to arrive to us with all packaging elements including tags and without being washed, altered or used. In case of exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product is the customer’s responsibility and the shipping costs of the new product is at our expense. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. When returning or exchanging, we recommend choosing a service that is trackable. In order to keep your swimwear in perfect conditions, we advise you to:

Wash by hand, using cold water.
Removing all residual chlorine and/or salt;
Do not use detergents;
Wash with neutral soap;
It is not advisable to use in environments with a large percentage of chlorine;
Do not soak;
Gently squeeze and not twist;
Do not use washing machine or dryer;
Do not iron;
Dry in the shade without sun exposure;
Do not leave the pieces in contact with chemicals;
Avoid scratching on textured surfaces;
Keep in a dry and clean place.
